Mabofi wins new Swiss ruling: Rosgas banned by Swiss Court from selling Emfesz

Mabofi confirms that it has yesterday received a new ruling from the Zug court granting new interim measures against Rosgas. Rosgas cannot sell the shares or assets of Emfesz, nor permit Emfesz to assign any of its contracts.

Meanwhile, the Hungarian National Bureau of Investigation (NNI) , which is investigating Emfesz Director Mr Goczi and his role in the fraudulent transfer of Emfesz to Rosgas AG for $1, has seized the ownership rights over Emfesz, effectively freezing the shares in Emfesz in Hungary, thereby preventing any further attempts to transfer the ownership rights in Emfesz.

David Brown, Managing Director of Mabofi Holdings said: "Whilst the various investigations into this fraud proceed, and as the net tightens around Mr Goczi, we are taking every step necessary to prevent Mr Goczi or any of his associates from taking any further steps to try to transfer or otherwise undermine the ownership rights in Emfesz before Emfesz is finally restored to Mabofi Holdings."
