OSTCHEM Holding consolidates marketing and export sales

OSTCHEM Group continues to improve its corporate structure. To centralise its export sales OSTCHEM Group has set up a unified marketing and sales division, OSTCHEM International GmbH.

OSTCHEM International is registered in Vienna, Austria as a limited liability company. OSTCHEM International GmbH is 100 % owned by the Group’s parent company, OSTCHEM Holding AG.

OSTCHEM International GmbH aims to market and sell produce of several plants, including Crimea TITAN, Nitrofert, Crimean Soda Plant and TajikAzot. As before, supplies to the Russian Federation will be carried out by the Group’s commercial arm, the Moscow-based Optimal Technologies Center.

The setting up of a unified corporate marketing body will improve sales control and customer services. It will also become another step in strengthening the Group’s transparency and making the Ostchem brand better known in more than 50 countries.
